Schedule a Deposition

Sarnoff Court Reporters offers secure online password protected deposition scheduling. To schedule a deposition, simply go to veritext.com. Use your account to login and schedule your deposition. If you do not have a  login account and you need a user name and password, you can contact your Account Executive or send an e-mail to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and your request will be processed and an e-mail will be sent to you with your user name and password. Please allow 48 hours' notice for all depositions set online. If immediate service is required, please call us at 1.877.955.3855.

If you prefer to send us your deposition setting using your own e-mail program, please select the e-mail link of the office you would like to schedule your deposition with. If this is an after-hours calendar emergency the evening prior to the scheduled deposition, please call our AFTER-HOURS scheduling representative.

Click the Sarnoff office location link below to send an e-mail to schedule a deposition or make a change to a deposition you have already scheduled. Please include in your e-mail the following:

  • Date of the requested deposition.
  • Witness Name.
  • Attorney's name and e-mail address.
  • Your name and e-mail address.

You will receive an auto-reply e-mail to confirm receipt of the deposition setting. A Sarnoff representative will contact you for additional information concerning your deposition request. Additionally, a representative from Sarnoff will contact you the business day prior to the deposition to confirm that the deposition is going forward.
